About Us

Firm History

Graham, Brown & Dutton, PC originally formed as Keith A. Graham, CPA in 2003 as a sole proprietorship with the goal of providing small businesses in Mobile, Alabama and the Gulf Coast with the same high-quality services that larger companies enjoy.  We have kept this goal in mind for nearly twenty years through our transition into a full-service firm. After early growth and moving the office, the firm became Keith Graham & Associates, PC in July 2005. A merger in 2007 saw J. Charles Brown and David Dutton join the firm, which provided the structure needed to offer attestation and other additional services that has allowed us to see continued growth in clients, services offered, and staff since that time. We are excited to continue this progress through a merger with Pawlowski & Associates as of September 1, 2022.

Graham, Brown & Dutton, PC is a proud sponsor of the Mobile affiliate of United Cerebral Palsy and Port City Pacers, a local running club that produces the Azalea Trail Run.
